VezırKopru Forest Products shapes MRP processes with 12M. Planning and Production processes of 17 different facilities, from MDF production to Parquet Production, from Plywood Production to Kitchen Countertops at Veziragac Samsun/VezirKopru Facilities, were carried out with 12M MRP Solution.

"Each process is the data of the next process." With this principle, the process flow diagram on the product is followed at every level from the beginning to the end of the operation. Machines and Processes are connected to each other using Barcode infrastructure.

With the work done, it is ensured that work orders are opened for each workbench and the essential function of planning is fulfilled. In this way, it is aimed to prevent unnecessary and faulty production processes and to have positive reflections on costs by optimizing production capacities.
